Required to Challenge the Elite 4:
1) The current 8 Gym Badges. Please see the Gym Leader section for the current leaders, their rules, and more details on the Gym Leaders.
2) A whole team of up to 6 pokemon. They should be EV trained and/or IV breed, but any 6 pokemon may enter.
Rules for Challenging the Elite 4:
1) Up to 6 pokemon. You must use the same 6 pokemon on all 4 of the Elite 4.
2) The only moves that may change are TM Moves or level up moves(only higher level moves on later Elite 4). For example, Mr. Mime have Confusion against the first Elite 4 then "level it up" and have it use Psybeam against the second Elite 4 member, the other way would not be allowed, however. You could then replace Psybeem with a TM like Psychic. However a move tutor move may not be added after you beat one Elite 4 member.
3) A pokemon who evolves by level or item may evolve. For example, Diglet and Gloom may evolve when you move up on the Elite 4. Pokemon like Kadabra and Scyther may not evolve while in the middle of a battle(can't trade while in the Elite 4).
4) You may also changing items inbetween Elite 4 members.
So basically what you can change before a new Elite 4 in the game, you can change before a new Elite 4 here.
5)If you loose to me you have to start from begining of Elite 4 again.
6)You may challenge once a week if you fail you have to wait 1 full week from the day of loosing.
7) Me the Elite 4 Wesker will use 4 Dark pokemon and two pokemon will be wildcard pokemon which means they are of any other type I want them as so I will have 4 Dark types and two pokemon that will be any type.
After You Beat the Elite 4:
-For Non-Gym Leaders/Elite 4 Members: You can then battle with the Champion to take his/her spot. If you lose to the Champion you must rebattle the Elite 4 again. The same rules apply as Elite 4 battles. If there is no Champion, you become the Champion. Once you become the Champion you also become on the TOF Hall Of Fame.
-For Gym Leaders/Elite 4 Members: You can then battle with the Champion to get into the TOF Hall Of Fame. If you lose to the Champion you must rebattle the Elite 4 again. The same rules apply as Elite 4 battles. If there is no Champion, you are in the Hall Of Fame.
